TEAM MINISTRIES
PRAISE & WORSHIP TEAM
The Praise and Worship Team exists to minister to the Lord through praise and worship, to encourage and lead the congregation into the presence of the Lord, and to facilitate and create an atmosphere where the presence of the Lord can dwell. Their goal is to lead people into the manifest presence of the Lord.
MEN'S MINISTRY
The Men's ministry encourages, equips, and challenges men to live intentional lives, to know who we are in Christ, to actively pursue relationships with God and others, to invest in the lives of those around us, and to finish life well. We want to be the best husband, father, son, friend, mentor, and Man of God we can be.
WOMEN'S MINISTRY
The Women's ministry is comprised of every woman who becomes a member of Beech Grove Bible Church. Women are automatically engrafted into a network that is constantly expanding to receive and embrace new sisters who bring exciting ideas, gifts/talents and expertise to help Beech Grove Bible Church reach the harvest of souls.
MEMBER ENGAGEMENT
The Member Engagement Team is dedicated to fostering a vibrant and connected church community by ensuring that both current and new members stay actively involved in the life of our church. Our mission is to create meaningful opportunities for engagement, helping members to build relationships, grow spiritually, and fully participate in the activities and ministries of BGBC.
MINISTERS
BGBC's Ministers are a dedicated group of spiritual leaders who stand alongside our Pastor to deliver the Word of God. Our team is comprised of anointed ministers who are committed to upholding the teachings of Scripture and sharing messages that edify, challenge, and encourage the church body.
EVANGELISM TEAM
The Evangelism Team is passionately committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ beyond the walls of our church. Our mission is to reach out to our local community and beyond, bringing the message of hope, love, and salvation to those who may not yet know Christ. As a team, we actively engage in various outreach efforts, from street evangelism, community service projects amongst other events. Our approach is rooted in love, compassion, and a deep desire to see lives transformed by the power of Christ.
CHILDREN'S CHURCH
Our children’s ministry is designed specifically for our children ages 3 – 9yrs. Our teachers instruct them at their level of understanding using fun and interactive biblical activities. We believe that our children are our most precious commodity; they are the connection to our present and the vehicle that will move us into our future; therefore, we believe that it is critically important to train them in the things of God. Our teachers are passionate about our children and their biblical education.
EXTRAORDINARY COUPLES
It is God’s desire for every married couple to enjoy a strong, healthy and fulfilling marriage. Our purpose in this ministry is to:
- Build and strengthen the foundation of the marriage relationship through fellowship and teaching from the Word of God.
- Provide an opportunity for married couples to meet and build relationships with one another through social events and activities.
USHERS & GREETERS
The Ushers and Greeters at Beech Grove Bible Church are dedicated to making you feel welcome. We are available at every service to help members and guest find a seats, answer questions, pass out or collect materials and, of course, offer a friendly smile and a warm welcome.
MEMBER SERVICES
The Member Services Team is dedicated to fostering strong connections within our church community by providing essential information and support to all our members. Our primary mission is to ensure that every member is well-informed, engaged, and connected to the life of our church.
AUDIO & VISUAL
The Audio & Visual Team is responsible for creating an immersive and impactful worship experience both in-person and online. Our team manages all aspects of the audio for praise and worship, live streaming of services, and content creation for our YouTube channel. We work behind the scenes to ensure that every sound is clear, every video is sharp, and every moment is captured with excellence allowing our congregation and online audience to fully engage in worship and the message.
FOOD MINISTRY
The Food Ministry Team is committed to serving our church community with love and care through the preparation and provision of delicious meals. Our team is responsible for planning, preparing, and serving food for a wide range of church events, from fellowship gatherings and special celebrations to community outreach programs. Every event hosted is complemented by food that is not only tasty but also prepared and served with the highest standards of safety and hospitality.
DEACONS
Our Deacons are a dedicated group of brothers and sisters that attend not only to the aesthetic needs of the church but they are also responsible for tending to the temporal needs of our local church body (Acts 6). They are also given the task of assisting the pastoral staff during the sacramental activities of our church (baptism, communion.)
SECURITY TEAM
This group of men provide a watchful eye over all of our events. They have the responsibility of making sure that we are able to worship and fellowship in a safe environment.
DESIGN & MEDIA TEAM
The BGBC Media Team crafts and maintains a strong, cohesive brand that authentically represents who we are as a church community. We collaborate closely to create and manage all aspects of our church's branding, including graphic design, video production, photography, and digital content. We strive for excellence in everything we do, ensuring that our visual and media content is not only professional and polished but also deeply aligned with our church's values and mission.
EVENTS TEAM
The Events Team is dedicated to planning, organizing, and executing events that bring our church community together in meaningful and memorable ways. Our mission is to create well-coordinated, engaging, and spiritually enriching fellowship experiences. We work diligently to ensure that each event, whether it’s a small group gathering, a church-wide celebration, or a community outreach, runs smoothly and fulfills its intended purpose.
BENEVOLENCE
The Benevolence Team is committed to supporting the expansion and growth of our church. Our mission is to oversee initiatives that help our church extend its reach and enhance its impact. As a team, we focus on strategic efforts that align with our church's vision for growth, including financial stewardship, resource allocation, and outreach programs. We work to identify opportunities for expanding our church’s ministry, whether through new facilities, community programs, or partnerships that enable us to better serve those in need.
TEMPLE CARE
The Temple Care Team is dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for worship, fellowship, and all church activities. Our team is responsible for the regular cleaning and upkeep of the church, including sanctuaries, classrooms, fellowship halls, and common areas. We take pride in our work, understanding that a well-cared-for church environment is essential for fostering a sense of peace, reverence, and community.
